Responsibilities:Operate electromechanical equipment used in assembling electronic circuit boards.Set up and verify jobs using computer-generated setup sheets and fixture layout drawings.Communicate technical data, error reports, and machine malfunctions to Quality and machine support teams.Perform routine maintenance and clean-up of production equipment.Report any part shortages prior to and during production runs.Monitor assembly processes and coordinate with machine support to ensure defect targets are met.Demonstrate lead operator capabilities.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Background screening and drug screeningMinimum of two years' experience operating electromechanical or CNC-type equipment.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including prolonged sitting/standing and frequent bending and stretching.Familiarity with electronic pick-and-place machines, wave soldering, water wash systems, and similar equipment.Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
