Step into a hands-on role at our McKees Rocks, PA, 15136 facility, where you’ll help keep production moving safely and efficiently. In this union-represented position, you’ll learn on the job, contribute to daily output, and grow alongside a supportive crew committed to craftsmanship and safety.

You arrive for a brief safety huddle, review the schedule, and prepare your work area. You’ll ready and assist with machine setups, monitor equipment while product moves through the line, and keep an eye on quality benchmarks. You tidy as you go—cleaning and performing routine upkeep—then package and label finished goods for shipment. As targets shift, you collaborate with teammates to hit production goals, and you immediately flag any equipment issues or hazards to your supervisor. Training and safety meetings are part of your rhythm, keeping your skills sharp and our workplace safe.

• Assist with configuring and operating production machinery.
• Watch over process flow and verify safety and quality compliance.
• Complete routine equipment care and maintain a clean, organized station.
• Prepare finished items—packaging and labeling for outbound orders.
• Coordinate with peers to meet throughput targets and deadlines.
• Escalate equipment problems and safety concerns without delay.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and safety meetings.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in manufacturing or production is helpful, not required.
• Comfort with physical work, including lifting heavy materials.
• Careful, quality-focused mindset and solid attention to detail.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and overtime when needed.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
